But knowing that the food you’re enjoying is also healthy and nourishing, that’s even more rewarding. And the best part is you don’t even have to prepare them yourself. Let’s face it, making a home-cooked meal requires time and energy, both of which are limited after a long day. So here are some of our favorites.

They claim to serve food that is “healthy, flavorful, and wholesomely cooked,” and true enough, this restaurant houses both sweet and savory food worth salivating over without feeling guilty afterwards. Their menu includes healthy dishes like spicy tuna quinoa rolls as well as Filipino favorites transformed to suit your palate such as sweet tomato and tuyo pasta and black rice champorado with crispy dills and cacao nibs. Runner’s Kitchen is located at the ground floor of Creekside Square Building, 74 Tomas Morato.

This restaurant serves the kind of food you’d crave late at night and dishes you wouldn’t expect to be healthy. Name your favorite comfort food, and I bet they have it. Burgers, pastas, pizzas, cakes, and chocolates—all of that made even more delicious and 100 percent healthy. As an added treat, each branch, despite the rustic barn-like feel, is as cozy as your own home.
SUSI Green Gastronomy
For the vegetarians, this restaurant is heaven on earth, with a menu that is plant-based, gluten-free, egg-free, meat-free, dairy-free, and absolutely cruelty-free. Meat lovers don’t need to fret though. One of their bestsellers is the El Chimichurri which is a beet burger with chimichurri, “cream cheese,” and pico de gallo. Another featured dish is the Quinotto, a teriyaki quinoa with tamari-glazed king oyster mushroom “scallops.”

Sprout may have closed its doors but they now provide online deliveries instead. Pretty much the same concept where you could buy healthy pre-packed and ready-to-eat alternatives, only without the physical store. They have a variety of salads, sandwiches, bowls, and bagels for fast-paced, on-the-go eaters.
