Side to Side Lunges
Forgot to film this warm up for my girls today so here's a simple leg/glute warm up that you can even do from home! I kinda lean forward/diagonally so my knee goes right above my toe- make sure not to go past it! Keep your back straight and stick your booty out as you go side to side!
