Counting calories is an unreasonable way to measure food

You always hear that watching calories is the key to weight loss, but actually that’s only half of the story. If your only concern is the number of calories, then you’d be surprised to find that that process going to isn’t work. The truth is, there’s a big difference between 200 calories of candy and 200 calories of vegetables. It doesn’t tell you anything about how healthy or nutritious mere calorie counting is. A study done by WiseGeek showed calorie comparisons of 71 different foods, and here’s what those 200 calories looks like.
