This workout program aims to improve muscle strength, endurance, and overall fitness. You will need 20 to 30 minutes to complete this circuit. Only a kettlebell, an exercise mat and a timer are needed to do this. Males can use a kettlebell ranging from 12 to 20 kilograms and females can use a kettlebell ranging from 8 to 14 kilograms. Aim to finish 2 to 3 rounds. Take 3 minutes or less rest after one round.
