Pole dancing is dance plus aerobics centred in a vertical pole training your muscular endurance and coordination. Practicing kendo is both an aerobic and anaerobic exercise. It’s a series of anaerobic movements that involve the use of a bamboo swords. It’s also the perfect workout to improve mental toughness and of course cardiovascular endurance.
