Thirdy Ravena is the latest addition to the Mighty Sports roster

Mighty Sports Philippines is stacked with a bunch of young talent in the upcoming Dubai International tournament this coming Jan. 23 to Feb 1. Some of the young talent suiting up for the Philippines are three-time UAAP champion Thirdy Ravena, Atlanta-based Kai Sotto, University of the Philippines’ Juan Gomez de Liaño and Javi Gomez de Liaño, Jaime Malonzo, and Dave Ildefonso.

The Philippine team will be led by coach Charles Tiu and Angola’s national head coach Will Voigt. Tiu’s squad will be going up against Al Ahli from Libya, Alwathba Sports Club and Al lttihad from Syria, Al Riyadi and Beircut Sports Club from Lebanon, and American School in Dubai.
Last year, the Philippines, led by Lamar Odom, finished third place. The country is hoping to secure the championship this year with its young and talented roster.
