“The original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series is a big factor in the evolution of modern skateboarding tricks and inspiring many of the pro skaters you know and love today,” says Hawk in a statement. “I’m excited to help inspire a new generation of skateboarders and gamers—and existing fans—to grow the sport even further.”
This time, the graphics of the classic skateboard game will be remastered up to 4k resolution at 60 frames per second—much to the delight of avid PS4 and Xbox users. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 + 2 will be released by game console company Vicarious Vision.
