Heads up, Quezon City and Taguig City citizens!
Outdoor exercise will only be allowed within specific hours in both Quezon City and Taguig City. For Quezon City citizens, outdoor exercise like walking, jogging and cycling will only be allowed from 5 am to 8 pm, according to the guidelines released by the local government. Meanwhile in Taguig City, outdoor exercise is allowed from 5 am to 8 am and 4 pm to 6 pm.
The local government of Quezon City also prohibits team sports and group exercises while the city is under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ). While in Taguig, only one person per household is allowed to exercise outdoors and should only work out within their own barangay.
