If you’re tired of your usual go-to songs, you can check out the new personalized “Daily Wellness Playlist” available on Spotify now. The playlist is a mix of music and motivation podcasts that can help you find “positivity, mindfulness or peace throughout the day.”
According to Spotify, the “Daily Wellness playlist” is made to help you take a breather and focus on positive thinking. The playlist updates twice a day specifically in the morning (which consists of motivation tunes and podcasts to get you pumped to start your day) and in the evening (where the music and podcasts emphasize calmness and relaxation).
The motivational content in the morning will be from the Daily Quote and Yoga Girl Daily podcasts. Meanwhile, your playlist will be filled with mindfulness practices from the Daily Breath with Deepak Chopra and poetry from The Slowdown to wind you down and help you sleep better at night—an essential practice of wellness and self-care.
