Harry Styles teamed up with meditation app Calm to narrate a lullaby to help us sleep every night. Styles’ latest sleep story is called “Dream With Me” and  is designed to relax anxious minds.

“Rest and recovery is as important as doing the work,” he said in a release by Calm. “Finding a balance has been endlessly beneficial to both my physical and mental health.” Styles added that he’s grateful Calm has been an avenue for him to contribute at a time when “the world needs all the healing it can get.”

I got the chance to listen to Styles’ husky tone while hibernating over the weekend. His voice isn’t just soothing, it’s also filled with a sexy inflection. The 30-minute sleep story allows you to imagine holding the singer’s hand as he says “snuggling on a raft,” and “lazing on the ground succumbing to the dreams of blades of grass we now caress with fingertips and palms.” It’s every Harry Styles’ fan dream bedtime story. If you’re figuring out how to battle those late night thoughts that hinder sleep, this meditation audio could be a start.

I’m not a big fan of sleep meditation stories because I prefer meditating in the shower. But the 26-year-old’s honeyed sleep audio is just like a typical nighttime meditation routine that emphasizes deep breaths, closing of eyes and clearing the mind. It’s the perfect lullaby for every Harry Styles fan since it also emphasizes a connection between the singer and listener.

“The tenderness we feel when we are close, two minds as one, surrounds us and connects us, but we’ve only just begun,” Styles says. His mellifluous voice is enough to take you to a mellow soon-to-be-dreamline state.

Calm co-CEO Michael Action Smith says Styles’s voice is the perfect tonic to calm a racing mind. Although I wouldn’t listen to it every day, I can attest that Harry Styles’ “Dream With Me” is way better than counting sheep as I get myself to sleep.
