Apple Fitness+ is now live for every health nut. Launched on Dec 14, the fitness subscription service by Apple offers workouts for all skill levels.
It is designed for Apple watch users who can easily track their health data from this portable gadget. If you don’t own one, the application can also be downloaded on your iPhone and iPad to assist you in your fitness journey. If you have an Apple TV, the Fitness app will automatically appear once users upgrade to tvOS 14.3.
The application features video exercises from a wide range of workouts: high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength, yoga, dance, core, cycling, treadmill (for running and walking), rowing and cooldown. All the workouts are guided by professional trainers, athletes, martial artists and gymnasts.
The Apple Watch and the Apple Fitness+ make working out easy for all ability levels. If you’re a beginner bodybuilder, don’t worry, the subscription has an “absolute beginner” program to teach you the basics of the 10 different workouts in its wide library of videos and training. Or if you’re the type to get bored at planning day-to-day exercises, the wide mixing and matching of routines, trainers, mood, and even workout music can help you try something new daily.
Apple Fitness+ proves that you can work out at your own pace and in your own space. Got no equipment? It’s fine, there’s a workout designed for you. Into carrying weights? It has exercises that make use of dumbbells. Like running and walking? You can incorporate the treadmill you purchased this quarantine into the fitness classes featured in the subscription.
Fitness+ is available as a subscription service for US$9.99 per month or US$79.99 per year, and can be shared by up to six family members for the same price.
