This European sports retail store just made shopping more fun

How much would you spend at the first Intersport store in Manila?

Apparently, Intersport thinks it’s time to go beyond American sports retail brands.

On Feb. 8, Intersport Philippines opened its first store at Ayala Vertis North Mall in Quezon City through local franchise partner Planet Sports Incorporated.

“The sports retail game in the Philippines is changing rapidly, and the global Pinoy of today demands and deserves only the very best in product quality, value, and expert service,” says CEO Anton Gonzalez. Intersport prides itself on being a multisport specialist with a sharper focus on running, swimming, basketball, and performance training.

“We are committed to offering customers the best products by the best brands. It doesn’t matter what you do, or how fast or slow you do it, the benefits of an active lifestyle are free for everyone to enjoy. Sports offers a multitude of benefits to people of all ages and all walks of life. From beginners to athletes, there’s the right physical activity for everyone,” Gonzalez adds.

Not only is the expansive store thoughtfully laid out and solves some of the shortcomings of sports stores like limited space and stocks, it’s also at the forefront of the latest releases in the country such as the Nike React, the New Balance Fresh Foam Lazr, and the Adidas Harden Vol. 2.
