Heads up, Quezon City and Taguig City residents.
Outdoor exercise will only be allowed within specific hours in both cities. For Quezon City residents, walking, jogging, and cycling will only be allowed from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to the guidelines released by the local government. Meanwhile in Taguig City, outdoor exercise is allowed from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The local government of Quezon City also prohibits team sports and group exercises while the city is under modified enhanced community quarantine. While in Taguig, only one person per household is allowed to exercise outside and should only work out within their own barangay.
Both cities are also requiring people to have a unified quarantine pass or documents for identification when they exercise outdoors. Citizens must wear a mask while running, jogging or walking and observe social distancing at all times.
