For a lot of actors, aging doesn’t seem to apply to them. Some look as good as they did on their debuts, but the question is how. Here are seven actors you won’t believe are over 40.

Ryan Phillippe

Even at 42, Men’s Fitness didn’t hesitate to put this “Gosford’s Park” actor on the cover of their June 2017 issue. Ryan Phillippe reveals that he’s been doing a strict 90-minute workout, which consists of calisthenics, free weights, and sprints, for the past 20 years. He also hopes to encourage other men over 40 to stay fit and young.

Johnny Depp

You’d be surprised to find out that Johnny Depp is 53 years old. How? Mirror says his fridge is stocked full of blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and soy milk, and a few exercise equipment like a treadmill and dumbbells in his room. He reportedly follows a low-sodium and non-greasy diet.

Tom Cruise

Famous for his “Mission: Impossible” franchise, this action star is still doing the most daring stunts at 54. The secret that keeps him looking and moving like half his age is a lifestyle as active as his movies. He told Men’s Health that he does a lot of activities from jogging to fencing and even sea kayaking.

Keanu Reeves

Here’s an actor who’s been in the film industry since the ‘90s. At 52, Keanu Reeves seems to have stopped aging since “The Matrix” trilogy. Although he doesn’t talk about it much, The Thing states that his eternal youth is due to his small-portioned diet and a lifestyle revolving around ice hockey, basketball, and weights.

Josh Duhamel

Known for his roles in “Transformers”and various rom-coms, Josh Duhamel is actually already 44 years old. This is likely a result of his years of athletic lifestyle, playing football, basketball, and recently, doing yoga.

Matthew McConaughey

If you’re a rom-com fan, then you’ve probably seen at least one of his movies. Even at 47, Matthew McConaughey can rival any leading man in their 20s. Growing up in Texas, he’s learned to love outdoor workouts more than training in the gym he says in an interview with Men’s Health. He’s also often seen doing circuit training in the beach or park.

Matt Damon

This multi-awarded actor is known for numerous action films, and he isn’t slowing down at 46. Since his first “Bourne” movie, he hasn’t seemed to age much by the fourth installment. What he does is a lot of cardio like boxing and running along with a strict diet with no cheat days according to Healthy Celeb.
