Speedplay is a mix of circuit training with weights, HIIT, rowing, running, and music all wrapped up into a workout that feels like you’re just partying at your favorite club. “HIIT workouts aren’t revolutionary by any stretch, but it’s, study after study, one of the most efficient ways to lose body fat and strengthen your cardiovascular endurance,” says Quimbo in an interview with Voyage LA.  At the same time, they ensure it’s “balanced and safe.”
