This workout program aims to improve muscle strength, endurance, and overall fitness. You will need 20 to 30 minutes to complete this circuit. Only a kettlebell, an exercise mat, and a timer are needed to do this. Males can use a kettlebell ranging from 12 to 20 kilograms and females can use one ranging from eight to 14 kilograms. Aim to finish two to three rounds. Take three minutes or less rest after one round.
