Luckily, more and more studies are saying it’s possible to have an efficient and effective workout in just 10 minutes. Hell, just a minute is enough as long as you go really really hard. Experts would even say that short but intense workouts are better.

Studies reveal that by simply doing these short and intense workouts thrice a week, you can already significantly improve your endurance by as much as 12 percent. It can also improve your overall blood sugar level much faster than long and moderate workouts. The best thing about it is that it burns just as much, if not more, fat too without sacrificing any muscles.
