The secret to Britney Spears’ fitness can be narrowed down to two things: HIIT and yoga

We finally got to watch Britney Spears live in Manila on June 15 and as expected, she slayed the concert.
The American pop singer is one of the most iconic names in music. Even after more than two decades, Spears inspires millions not only with her music but with her killer body, too. Let’s take a look at what she does to keep her amazing form.
“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,” she told Women’s Health. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio—usually running—then move on to light free weights; bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups; then finish it off with a stretch.”
When she’s at home, Spears has the help of her personal trainer Tony Martinez. Three to four times a week, Martinez oversees her 40-minute workout of intense cardio and weight exercises. Also, Martinez told Daily Mail that Spears loves doing core exercises, which probably explains her killer abs.
A quick look at the trainer’s blog shows four exercises Spears does: basketball jump shots, backwards treadmill interval walking, one leg balancing while doing medicine ball slams, and bicycle and floor rotations.
On some days, Spears follows the Totally Drenched workout, a 60-minute HIIT class that combines treadmill and circuit training. She says that she likes attending group classes as it helps keep her motivated.
Another thing the ‘Baby One More Time’ star swears by is yoga. It’s something she uses for exercise and relaxation. A set of back-bending poses that frequents her yoga session include: the boat, crescent lunge, warrior II, bow, and camel.
Spears’ body is no joke, and it takes a healthy and fit lifestyle to look that good.
